Report on the Coronation of Brion and Anna
and the service of the Guild thereto

The Brion and Anna were expatriate Caidans, new come to the East and settled in Quintavia, when he won for her the tyger crown. The following Summer, the Princess beseached the Barony of Carolingia to come to her aid, as after long searching it was apparent the Shire of Quintavia had no suitable hall in which for her and her Prince to be Crowned. Carolingia and her Borough of Felding heard her plea, and so it was that Falling Leave became Eastern Coronation. The Carolingian Guild of Musicians and Jongleurs put themselves at Her Highness' disposal.

• The Quire sang Timothey and Gabrielle, a round in honor of the King and Queen, composed by Tibicen in the fashion of Ravenscroft, as Their Majesties departed their thrones.
• The Quire made their minstrelsy for the Court while Their Highnesses recessed to prepare themselves to be crowned.
• The Quire sang a processional pavan the for to which the Princess entered the hall to be crowned; this pavan (_Princess Anna Her Pavan_) was a new work in the ancient style composed by Tibicen.
• The Waytes made their minstrelsy for the Court assembled while the various Orders entered and left the Presence, to make their oaths.
• The Waytes played for a Coronation Ball that evening, as Brion and Anna are avid dancers, and delighted to find that Falling Leaves already had dancing planned. -- Tibicen
